You will contribute to the success by:

  • Selling products and services that the company can offer and provide.
  • Carrying out all the necessary activities for successful sales.
  • Creating new sales opportunities.
  • Finding and acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
  • Effectively promoting the company, its products and services.
  • Participates in the preparation of sales plans and presentation programs for fairs and exhibitions in the region.
  • Coordinating, controlling and implementing the annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plan for a specific customer and sales region.
  • Supervising the performance of tasks and the progress of sales and market research in the region, identifying obstacles, changes in the market and coordinating activities in addressing these issues.
  • Forwarding customer claims to the competent units and accordingly coordinates the feedback for the customer.
  • Preparing the most complex internal documents related to sales, eg. market inquiry, sales forecast, sales plan, sales offer.

Your strengths and competencies are:

  • A university degree in the natural or social sciences (VII).
  • At least 3 years’ experience in sales.
  • Local presence or experience in sales in Central and Eastern Europe markets is an advantage.
  • Active knowledge of English (spoken and written), preferred knowledge of other languages as well.
  • Experience in sales of electrical or technological equipment is an advantage,
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Customer focus.
  • Willingness to travel for business.
  • Independence, initiative, reliability and team-orientation.
