Independent Specialist in Internal Sales (m/f)
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- preparing bids and documentation for tenders,
- coordinating and managing customers’ orders from the placement to delivery in accordance with the customer’s expectation and agreements as well as internal processes and procedures,
- ensuring timely confirmation and processing of the orders; alerts to any missing data, documents, and errors; and making sure that the ordering process is executed in full,
- entering orders, documents and maintaining databases (CRM, ERP, Excel, etc.),
- resolving, offering support in resolving, partner and customer claims (support level 1),
- confirming delivery dates with the customer,
- proactively communicating offers and bids with customers, the sales team and internal sales team.
We want you to have the following competencies:
- completed VII. level of education in social or natural sciences,
- at least two years of experience in similar work field,
- knowledge of basis sales skills and market,
- fluent in English (written and spoken),
- customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
