Product Portfolio Support Specialist (m/f)

What will be your tasks?

• editing technical documentation of products (instructions for use, technical descriptions, brochures, etc.),
• updating product matrices in internal information systems (Infor, CRM, etc.),
• updating information in Roadmaps of individual product groups,
• implementing a method of continuous improvement to improve the productivity of the product manager’s office,
• preparation of performance analyzes of individual productive groups based on the aggregation of data from internal information systems (Power, BI, Infor, CRM, etc.),
• supporting product managers in collecting and coordinating information for the preparation of new projects,
• supporting product managers in conducting market analyzes (PESTEL, SWOT, Porter’s Five, etc.),
• supporting product managers in preparing marketing strategies,
• supporting product managers in preparing marketing campaigns,
• managing group activities of preparing the annual sales plan according to the instructions of the team leader of product managers.

We want you to have the following competencies:

• knowledge of Word and Excel,
• knowledge of English (written and oral),
• basic knowledge of high technologies and industrial products,
• determination, proactivity, and ability to work systematically,
• desired work experience in a similar field,
• finished VII. level of Social or Natural Science.
