We will hire an ambitious and experienced sales manager for smart water and heat solutions, who will guide and increase sales in this segment in Europe.
- finding new sales channels, customers, establishing and maintaining contacts with existing customers and promoting the company, its products and services,
- coordination, supervision and realization of the annual, quarterly and monthly sales plan for a specific customer and sales area,
- supervising the implementation of sales tasks and market research and research in the region, identifying disruptions, changes in the market and their causes, and organizing liaison with professional services in solving them;
- passing customer complaints to the appropriate departments and responsibility for providing appropriate feedback to the customer,
- preparation of the demanding internal documentation in the field of sales – market demand, sales forecast, sales plan, sales offers,
- responsibility for maintaining the profitability of the sales portfolio in its markets,
- travel to potential and existing partners and customers within the sales region, in order to present the company’s products and services and build brand awareness.
- concluded VII. level of Natural Sciences degree,
- at least 5 years of sales experience,
- very good knowledge of English,
- the knowledge of the market, products and services,
- sales skills, negotiation skills, communication skills,
- likes to work with customers and is customer orientated.
