Iskraemeco customers are not affected by the log4j vulnerability (CVE-2021-44228).

As can be read in recent press releases, e.g. from BSI, a critical vulnerability has been discovered in the log4j logging library, which is commonly used for Java applications.

Iskraemeco does not use this version of the library in any of its products. Therefore, our products and customers are not affected by this vulnerability. Only third-party products use an older version of this library that is not affected by the log4j vulnerability (CVE-2021-44228).

As a solution provider, Iskraemeco continuously integrates and improves multi-layered end-to-end security across the entire communication chain and focuses the attention of the entire company on this important issue.

Wichtiger Hinweis zur kritischen Schwachstelle in log4j (CVE-2021-44228)

Wie in aktuellen Pressemitteilungen, wie z.B. vom BSI zu lesen, existiert eine kritische Schwachstelle in der für Java-Anwendungen häufig verwendeten Protokollierungsbibliothek log4j.

Iskraemeco setzt diese Version der Bibliothek in keinem seiner Produkte ein. Unsere Produkte und Kunden sind daher von dieser Sicherheitslücke nicht betroffen.

Lediglich in einem Drittanbieterprodukt wird eine ältere Version dieser Bibliothek verwendet, die jedoch nicht von der Sicherheitslücke betroffen ist.
